How you start your mornings can have a huge impact on how the rest of your day will go. If you have not started using essential oils in your life, um what the heck are you waiting for? These literally are my daily saviors for pretty much everything. But the one routine that I have noticed the most difference with is a protocol D. Gary Young, founder of Young Living, developed called The Great Day Protocol.
